For Any same day deliveries, all the orders must be placed before 6 pm incase if its late, please contact myflowergift team, we will check the same, if possible we will confirm the same and deliver even after that
we do hand delivery in all the locations mentioned in Delivery locations of myflowergift.com
Due To bad weather, political disruption, or any unforseen circumstances, deliveries can be delayed and can be delayed next day also from the given date of delivery
In such cases, we will mail you for the same or will inform the same to you over the phone.
in case of fix time delivered, 1-2 hours plus minus can be there , no claims will be accepted in such regards, as we consider fix time delivery as priority delivery, it never means to reach the delivery location dot on time.
For perishable products like cakes , fruits , chocolates , flowers, orders are attempted only once , in case of any reason mention below, customer will be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order as attempted as reason mentioned below
- Wrong address given for delivery/shipping
- Receiver not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient not accept the delivery
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery boy to deliver the order to the neighbour or secuirty nearby..
We deliver to all the location mentioned in our delivery location http://www.myflowergift.com/delivery-locations/ , incase customer placing order for any other location without the consent of myflowergift.com,we can reject delivering the same ,amd as per the terms and condition of myflowergift, for the same, credit note can be issued to the customer to be used in future for period of 1 year, refund will not be possible in such cases.
